By creating a Pensieve account you agree to these terms. This is a plain-language summary and not a substitute for legal advice.

Your account

You are responsible for the content you save and for keeping your login secure. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Plans and billing

Pensieve offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; your data is never deleted on downgrade, and you keep read access to everything you saved.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to break isolation between accounts, or use it to store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
